What I Can Do
My experience splits between market analyst, product manager, and custom project consultant.
As a product manager, I owned three product lines with 2,000+ monthly active users and generated over $700k in direct annual revenue and over $2M indirect revenue. I led all management efforts including go-to-market, roadmapping, growth strategy, resourcing, sales targeting, and market messaging. voice of the customer analysis, and content prioritization.
In parallel, I was a primary research analyst and authored hundreds of pieces of research and marketing materials. This includes market databases, data dashboards, technical reports, and executive strategy presentations. I engaged regularly with press and media, both as press release and article writer as well as on-camera/in person personality, with several tier 1 citations and 1,000+ hits per month.
As a custom consulting leader, I created and ran over 100 projects ranging from thought leadership engagements and webinars as a subject matter expert to detailed technical product and competitive positioning breakdowns. Highlights of some of these projects include:
Siemens Immersive Engineering: Marketing and customer case study campaign for a new Siemens immersive engineering product. Whitepapers, videos, and marketing collateral reaching thousands in the enterprise digitalization, manufacturing, and industrial markets.
Huawei AI and the Future of Communication: Lead author on a forward-looking whitepaper on AI and immersive communication. Targeting technical audiences in networking, XR, and AI.
Lenovo Competitive Analysis: Five consecutive years of competitive battlecards analyzing the enterprise immersive device market. Delivered internally to sales, marketing, executive, and product teams, guiding go to market and the eventual release of the Lenovo VRX headset.
adeia AI and Immersive Content: Whitepaper campaign focused on compute requirements for immersive devices and content. Technical analysis of datacenter and local compute needs, combined with go to market positioning guidance, to serve both adeia and its customers as knowledge share.
TeamViewer Worker Enablement in Manufacturing and Logistics: Planned and produced campaign including whitepapers and webinars on the future of work and enterprise enablement.
RealWear Product Positioning and Investors Education: Led and produced campaign including 6 whitepapers on technical product analysis, competitive positioning, and case studies. Acted as objective subject matter expert in board and VC calls.
InterDigital Immersive Content Ecosystems: Led multiple campaigns in cloud gaming and immersive devices markets that included technical whitepapers and webinars.
Xerox CareAR Digital Workforce : Primary author of whitepaper analyzing the overlap bewteen key enabling technologies for a digital workforce: 5G, XR, AI, digital twins, and integrating enterprise systems like CRM and PLM.
Dassault Systèmes Manufacturing Process and Execution: Planned and delivered marketing campaign including 2 whitepapers and webinars analyzing digital tools used in both process and execution sides of manufacturing.
